Hamid received his MD, MSc (Erasmus MC, NL), DSc and PhD in clinical epidemiology from the University of Utrecht.  In 2007, Hamid followed his post doctoral fellowship in pharmacoepidemiology at the University of Montreal. In 2009, he joined  the Medical Advisory Secretariat at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to collaborate in the assessment of health technologies being used or introduced to the health care system in Ontario.   Hamid provides assistance across the PATH programs in the design and analysis of systematic reviews, health technology assessments and economic evaluations.
