Kathy received her BSc and MSc from the University of Toronto and conducts systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses for the Health Technology Assessment Program (HTAP).  She has extensive experience in conducting "real world" patient health outcomes and drug utilization research.  Data is collected through standardized interviews using computer-assisted telephone interview software.  Data is collected in real-time from study participants over the telephone, face-to-face or through the internet.
