Kiran provides health economic analysis and advice to the Medical Advisory Secretariat, MOHLTC, and OHTAC, where she collaborates in the assessment of health technologies being used or introduced to the health care system in Ontario.  She received her BSc in Toxicology and MSc in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Toronto.
