2010 Fees

Registration(Public/Academic sector): $2,500 (CAD)

Registration (Commercial sector): $3,000 (CAD)

Fees are fully inclusive of tuition, breakfast, lunch, dinner and course materials.

Cancellation

Fees will be payable in full less 10% cancellation fee, when cancellation is received in writing by May 28th, 2010. After May 28th, there will be NO refund and participants will not be allowed to transfer registration to following year(s).

Please note: In the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the course has to be cancelled by PATH Research Institute, St. Joseph’s Healthcare, our liability is limited to refund of workshop fees. We recommend delegates have adequate insurance cover to claim any travel or personal expenses.
